Not always. Leaks, loose tiles, failed waterproofing, worn fittings or a layout that no longer works are reasons to have the room checked. Some bathrooms need a full strip-out; others need less. We’ll explain the options after seeing the room.
The room’s size, the condition behind the walls and floor, moving the layout or plumbing, tile choices, fittings and cabinetry, and any adjoining rooms being renovated. We quote after a site visit rather than publishing a fixed starting price that may not suit your job.
The sequence depends on the scope, repairs, waterproofing and drying stages, and the availability of your chosen fittings. We’ll discuss the programme and access to the room before work begins. If it is your only bathroom or toilet, tell us at the first visit so that can be planned.
